On the 20th of July was Josh Holloway's birthday and I hope he got loads of presents from his family and friends. The Blingee you see above this writing is from me as a present for Josh.
On the same day was my holiday which lasted till the Friday so I went for 4 nights on it. Of course I took Sawyer with me so he wouldn't feel left out and I guess it was another B-Day present from me to take him on holiday.
Me, my Mum, Brother and Sister all went on holiday together and we all stayed at "Camber Sands Holiday Park". We had fun swimming and playing on the slots. There was even bingo to play every night even though we didn't do the last night. Also there was a park bit with things to do.
In the park bit of our holiday there were "kiddie go kart's" which some grown ups went on. There was also crazy golf which at one point my Brother got a hole in one and that was the windmill hole. There was also an inflatable slide to use and some bumper cars but not the bumper cars you would expect to see. Lol. ^_^.
There was also a trampoline with a harness in the park to use but we didn't bother to use it because it was too high. Also there were kart's to drive for an hours usage but we didn't bother with that either. Everything in the park bit cost tokens so you would have to check what to pay before you use it.
My Bother and Sister loved the swings and slides in the park area around the token bit and I had to push both of them on the swings.
For the swimming pool.... There was only one slide to go on and it wasn't fast at all and the splash at the end didn't have a splash at all.
There were three pools in the swimming pool. One had the slide near it and this is were we did the "pirate game" on Wednesday and Thursday and I'll tell you about that in a bit.
Another pool had a rapid area but no wave machine but I guess it was the main pool and similar to "The Woking" pool, just deeper all the way so it comes to your chest. All of the pools came to your chest really because the last pool was really for even younger kids. There was a baby pool but that was right down the back and down some stairs or a ramp.
Now the "pirate game" was fun. All the adults had to keep the young ones on a raft. You were allowed to spin and tip the raft and if one of the young kids fell off then you would take them to "pirate cove" for safety which was one of those bubble things you sit in, if you know what I mean. There was three of them in the pool.
What the kids had to do in the "pirate game" was try to find the pirate objects and there was two teams to try and find them first. The parrot was the last to get and you had to name him/her then you would get a coin at the end but only the little ones get that as a prize.
For the slots.... I won loads of prizes. I would two rings which are blue and green. I did have a orange one to begin with but I traded that one for the blue one. I also have two gems both pink ones and a duck. I also won some "star stickers" which my Mum helped me with so I'm gonna save them for next time we go on holiday. My Mum also helped me with a keyring that says "Keep Calm And Get The Beers In".
I also got another keyring but of my Sister having a photo of Sparky and Sparkle who were rabbit mascots of the "SKC" show at "Camber Sands".
